End User License Agreement ("EULA")

Please read this End User License Agreement("EULA") carefully before using the Hightend Dispensary & Lounge mobile application ("App") operated by Hightend Dispensary & Lounge ("us", "we", or "our").

1. License

Hightend Dispensary & Lounge grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.

b) Copy or use the App for any purpose other than as permitted under the above section 'License'.

c) Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App.

d) Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Hightend Dispensary & Lounge or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Hightend Dispensary & Lounge.

4. Modifications to the App

Hightend Dispensary & Lounge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

5. Term and Termination

This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Hightend Dispensary & Lounge.

Hightend Dispensary & Lounge may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice.

This EULA will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Hightend Dispensary & Lounge, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. You may also terminate this EULA by deleting the App and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile device or from your desktop.

6. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

7. Amendments to this EULA

Hightend Dispensary & Lounge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
